Acquazul is excited to have two fabulous new members leading the team. Meet Amii and Pete. Here’s a little more information about them (photos to follow soon!):

Pete Costello

Pete joined us recently as Operations Manager. From the UK, Pete’s whole career has been focussed in hospitality. As such he has worked at every level – starting as a kitchen porter he worked his way up through the ranks and until recently ran his own successful restaurants in the UK and Ireland. Pete brings to Team Acquazul a great depth of experience and a commitment to superior service.

Amii Neumann

Even when at school Amii had a passion for hospitality and saw it as her career. She studied locally for her Diploma of Hospitality Management whilst working in her first job at Cypress Lakes Resort where she worked as a key member of the banquets department. After almost 5 years Amii made the move into fine dining and joined Esca at Bimbadgen Estate as part of the management team. There Amii managed the restaurant whilst also being the events and wedding co-ordinator. She had a hand in assisting in the co-ordination of several successful  ‘A Day on the Green’ concerts.

Amii is now leading our talented young team at Acquazul where she is passing on her passion for great food, wine and service.
